Child Protection Worker - Rockhampton

Remuneration:   $45,350 - $57,729

Purpose of  the Position:   The Child Protection Worker will work collaboratively with the Department of Communities (Child Safety) to best represent the interest of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children when they come into contact with the Child Protection System.

Youth Worker (2 Positions) -  Rockhampton

Remuneration:   $37,650 - $49,972

Purpose of the Position:  The Youth Worker will be responsible for the provision of assistance to the Family Support Services Team regarding interventions, advocacy and mediation for vulnerable Indigenous children through a case management process with the primary purpose of preventing the likelihood of an Indigenous child entering or re- entering the child protection system.

Family Support Worker - Central Highlands

Remuneration:  $45,350 - $57,729

Purpose of the Position:  The Family Support Worker will be responsible for the provision of home-based interventions, family therapy interventions, advocacy and mediation with vulnerable Indigenous families through a case management process with the primary purpose of preventing the likelihood of an Indigenous child entering or re-entering the child protection system.
