How we can help
Our service is a free service that aims to improve the social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in their homes, families and community reduces the risk of our young people entering or re-entering the youth justice and/or child protection systems.
Limited brokerage is available to support young people and their parent/guardian, but must be linked to case plans before funds can be released. The brokerage funds cannot be used for any emergency financial relief.
There’s no shame in asking for help
We are here to help you as a young person in need and your parent/guardian. We all need help at times.
There is no shame in asking for help, one of our friendly staff are happy to yarn with you about services you can access. Our service is confidential and we will always seek your permission before we share any information with other services.
Am I eligible?
We work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and the parent/guardian from 8-17 years of age. Consent is required for us to work with the young person.
